"This is a really beautiful quality saddle - especially for the price. The leather on the seat and knee pads is soft and grippy. The flap leather is sturdy and seems like it would break in nicely. I had to send this back as it didn't fit my horse. The tree is pretty straight, so it will fit a horse with a straight back better than one with more of a curve or slight sway (which my guy has). The M tree fit him great (he's been a medium / medium wide his whole life). The flaps are very forward and very short so make sure you don't need much flap as they really are out of your way ( I like this, but it's a personal prefernce). The billets are also very short. I usually ride in a 52" girth with the girth up 2-3 holes on each side on the billets. With this saddle, it took a 56" girth to even get it buckled on the last hole on each side. Overall, really good saddle - wish it had fit my horse!"
