The leather is wonderful and it's very well made. However, for a first double bridle for this horse the browband is too fancy and I found it overly bulky. I prefer a regular noseband instead of the crank noseband.

My w/b mare has been somewhat hard to fit, and suit. This 3rd attempt arrived and the h/s headstall was almost too big but adjusted (w/ added holes & a trim). She loves the cavesson (wide, well padded, great fit). The leather feels & even smells great. I can't speak to durability since it's been in use just 2 weeks, but my previous Passier tack has been quite hardy. Reins are not extra long, which worked for my compact 16.3 gal, and are nice leather. Good clean classic look w/ a touch of tasteful bling.
