"I thought I would save these boots just for riding, as they are nice looking, but I am reluctant to take them off and have been wearing them to till fields as well as ride and tromp through wet fields to get my horse. The sealed soles, rubber, are a big improvement over the stitched leather soles, as my past Ariats tended to come apart after years of wet use between the toe and sole. The inner soles are very comfortable, which is why I am wearing them a lot. Took me a couple hours to get used to the top touching my shin, but the boot is very soft and comfortable. I put a waterproof covering on. Hope it keeps them nice."
