I bought these as my work shoes. I work in a lab and teach, so I'm on my feet all day. These are very comfortable and cushy and never make my feet hurt. I'm comfortable in them all day. I know these have gotten some negative reviews, but for me, these shoes are perfect. They have the same cushion and comfort as the Terrains in shoe form.

I've been using these as barn shoes, and so far, so good. They took a few uncomfortable days to break in, but now they are super comfy. They are nice and light weight, and seem to breath easily. Pretty cute, too! I haven't had them for very long, so I can't comment on durability.

I always buy Ariat boots for riding or regular barn work. I normally live in my Ariat Terrain boots and ride in the nicer paddock boots. Since I love my Terrain boots, I thought these would be a nice shoe for casual wear and some barn time too. The first 3-5 days wearing these were miserable! I had instant blisters and my feet didn't have the usual support of Ariat. I'll keep theses, as they are now fitting better, but they were not worth the price.

I expected a well made shoe with good arch support because of the description in the catalog, but there is absolutely no support of any kind and I think they're more uncomfortable than a cheap pair of plastic tennis shoes from WalMart! I am very disappointed in Ariat.

I love these shoes! I have worn Ariat all terrain riding boots for years and so was confident I would be happy with the casual shoes as well. They did not let me down. I wear them hiking, dust them off and wear them around town. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on...no need to break them in. After a long day on the trail, my feet still feel great! The fit is perfect for my foot; I could not be more pleased with these shoes!
