"well i was pretty excited about these fly boots, both as a fly protector and i sprayed the outside of the fabric with tick repellant, so i had flies and ticks covered. however, time and time again my fly boots looked like leg warmers as they puddled low on the leg. it appears they are great to scratch your muzzle on which tends to push them down the leg."

"Wonderful design and fabric, the best I've found...however, the velcro is what I refer to as "elephant velcro"...huge amounts of super strong velcro that takes a serious effort to get off...plan to spend lots of time on the ground working at these (otherwise very well made) velcro straps...I plan to put on some velcro pieces to lesson the effect) But great fly boots otherwise!"

"I got these for a sensitive horse with a healing soft tissue injury. He stomps the flies even with fly spray, and I wanted something that would be protective and cool but last longer than a week! So far they fit great and I'm very happy."
