"This vest seems to be well-made, a nice weight for a cold day ride and stylish enough to wear around town (ie, not to the barn!). I liked it, but I bought my usual size M and it was tight around the chest but super loose around the waist! I am generally devoid of any curviness that would explain this fit so I just don't get it? Going up a size might have fixed the top half but the bottom would have been just a giant funnel for cold air. I returned. Not a bad vest, just not right for me."

"I have several styles of Ariat vests because they fit so nicely and this one is no exception. The color is great for fall/winter. I would have preferred zip pockets instead of the fold over style they are (useful for keeping hands warm) because it isn't as sleek since they puff out a smidgen, but not enough that it deters me from wearing it. I'd recommend this vest."
