"But...it just didn't quite fit right. I tried both the small and medium. The medium was much too baggy even though prior reviews said it ran small. So I exchanged for a small, which fit me but was not as flattering as I expected. The waist was still baggy as was the back- the area over the lower back fit especially poorly. The length is nice and sleeves and shoulders were good. I'm usually a dead ringer for the major brands like Ariat, Equine Couture and Goode Rider size small.
Also the brown is a warm brown with reddish tone, not a cool dark brown."

"After reading the reviews I was very excited about this jacket. I love that it falls to my hipline and that it is tapered to fit the waist. Sadly, it runs a bit on the baggy side. I am going to try a size Small and see how it fits before I give up."

"I really like the Alexus Hipster Puffy jacket! I got the brown color, and this is great because it gives you warmth without the bulk. I think that it is too nice to wear as a barn coat though! It is great to layer a fleece underneath. The zipper pockets are great for throwing stuff in....keys, cell phone, carrots....and it all fits! Great coat, you won't be disappointed!"

"I love the fact that this is SO lightweight but still provides a great deal of warmth. I found that it did run a bit on the small side, so if you want to use any heavy clothing under it for exceptionally cold weather, you may be better off ordering a size up. The only down side is it's price, which puts it out of the range of many peoples' budgets, and which I frankly think is rather high for this particular jacket. If money is no object, however - enjoy!"

"Perfect winter riding jacket. It keeps me warm even on the coldest days. It is not bulky, so it doesn't get in the way of riding or working around the barn. It also allows for my instructor to see my body position and critique me unlike other warm winter jackets. It is very durable, and it help up to my 3 year old deciding it wanted to take a taste of a winter jacket. It does run a bit long, but I also happen to be only 5' tall. The pockets are also great as they are very deep and can fit a lot of stuff. It allows for layering underneath as well so I can dress extremely warm for 20 - 30 degree weather."

"If you're into the best performance gear to keep you warm without weighing you down during intense winter training rides, this Alexus Hipster Puffy Jacket is for you. It's got just the right amount of fill to be warm but not heavy with a lightly quilted and nicely tailored shell that sheds dirt and keeps you looking great. Love the logo details on the zipper pulls, and it came with hang tags that were so nice I didn't want to throw them away! I also love that this coat is literally going everywhere with me because it looks and feels so great when I wear it. If you want to layer heavily underneath it, I would suggest going a size up."
