Himalayan Salt
A 550 million year old source of minerals and trace elements for your horse or pony. Mined from the vast and ancient Himalayan mountains, transported down steep passes on the backs of Yaks, and providing the mountain people with one of their main sources of income, this salt must be the purest form of salt available. I find this to be a much more economical (less waste) and cleaner (no dirt/leaving out) way to give salt to my horse. While he does have access to free salt, he loves the Himalayan crumbles in his SmartPaks. It not only helps him eat his other supplements, it helps me know he's getting enough each day, to encourage his fluid intake. Great product and GREAT that it's available in daily SmartPak doses.
