I started using this product about two years ago and I love it! I was looking for a little something to take the edge off of a very anxious mare and it has worked out exceptionally well! Rather than being anxious about learning to use her body correctly, she has instead come to relax into her work. I definitely notice if she is off of it for a week or so; my sane horse disappears and a tense worrier shows up in her place! The additional trace minerals in the product have been an added plus and have greatly reduced the need to worry about a more complex multi-vitamin in my case. Overall, a great product, and the price cannot be beat!
This is a good product. My pony gets it and i have not noticed a too much of a change since switching from the SmartPak brand- smart energy or something. But it seems to work and i think she might have a bit more energy. Ya! it seems like it works (: She does not like the taste too much but will eat it

My horse is 1/2 TB, 1/2 Paint. He is not the most "springy" horse, but very comfortable. Loves to jump but sometimes a little bit too quiet. Looses his gusto quickly. We train 3-4 times a week on the flat and only jump once per week. He certainly does not have a difficult job.
I chose to add a little FIRE to his diet. I'm almost done with my first 28 day order. My trainer and all my barn mates are commenting on a NOTICEABLE difference! The horse is springy, ears perked, and "brilliant" over the jumps and while working on the flat.
I would recommend this to anyone!

Great apple flavor. 3 out of 4 horses happily gobbled it down the first day. The 4th horse ate it all the first day, although slowly, and was eating it no hesitation the 3rd day. Economically priced.
Put my Flit To Kill and Flaming Jet bred 4 yr old mare on this product just to take the edge off, and boy did it work.... Within 3 days i could see a difference and she is so much more pleasant to be around.... No more flightyness or being jumpy, she is cool, calm, and collected....Totally worth the money and have told all my barrel racing gals about it and several have started it.

I got this product as a multi-vitamin plus some extra "oomph" for my 3 yr old Tb gelding, who acts like an old man (which is good, because he is not spooky) but also lacked almost ANY energy. After being on Finish Line for only a couple of weeks, he was a different horse...but too much so! He has more energy than he knows what to do with, and is jumpy and hyper under saddle, almost unable to walk! Only jig and prance. This product might be good for an older horse, but was evidently too much for my youngster.
I added this to one of my horses smartpaks, hoping to add more energy. It's given him more stamina in the ring and more focusable energy - exactly what I was looking for, quick results in only about a week. Very pleased. :)
This product is great for horses that have to go the distance and get in better shape and recover quicker. Especially good for draft crosses or heavy horses. I have used on many of my fox hunting horses and combined driving horses and saw a huge improvement. They got in shape quicker and recovered quicker at the vet checks. I saw the biggest difference when I stopped! Now I am putting all my horses in training back on it.

Think it's helping my thin, somewhat lethargic 15-year-old TB. But even though it smells great, he's not thrilled. So giving him 1/2 dose, which he eventually eats overnight.

I love the comprehensive ingredients in Ultra Fire. It smells amazing and my horse loves it. It addresses all the causes of low blood counts, not just the iron. Great value!

I put my welsh pony Bullet on this supplement, seemed to work but his energy comes in the form of bucks and hops, not forward movement. I wouldn't blame this on the product, just the pony :) He ate it right up, no problem so taste wasn't bad.
Good product, just not right for my little man.

Amazing Difference In My Horse!
May 10, 2008

The two main supplements I keep my coming-three-year-old Friesian/Paint on are Omega Horseshine and a multivitamin. I am extremely happy with the OH and will never stop using it. The multivitamin, Accel, was okay, but when I found out that Lakota was borderline anemic, I decided to try UltraFire. The difference was amazing! He went from being lethargic and sometimes lazy to energetic and incredibly fun to ride. I don't mean to imply that UltraFire will turn your horse into a handful. Cody has much more energy now, but is very controllable and level-headed. I'm so happy I found this product, and it's cheaper than Accel!

Our pleasure driving Hackney pony has been on Ultra Fire for over a year. He maintains a very high energy level while staying quiet and easy to handle. Our show schedule runs from April through October, and Jerry is the original Energizer bunny. He must not like the taste though, cause I find some of the powder left behind in his feeder.

My 8 year old QH has been on UltraFire for almost 2 years and I noticed great results overall. He is the picture of health with a gleaming coat, great feet and a great attitude. The only negative is I don't think the product is very palatable, as he doesn't eat the pellets coated in the powder.

I purchased this product as it claims to address needs for both of my horses - a 10 yr. QH mare with an extremely tight back & an 11 yr. TB mare who's a little anxious. I am feeding it with ABC Plus, and in less than a week noticed a MAJOR difference! "The Girls" are full of energy, wanting to run and go...and go some more - while being very calm and focused at the same time! Missy's back was the softest it has been in over 2 years...how awesome to see her feeling so good! I've tried a number of different products in the past with disappointing results. (Rating '4' as I have only used it for 1 week :) )
