"I started mixing the BL with my 21 year old mare's anti-inflammatory drug. She has navicular issues and other joint pain. I bought it primarily for the B-12 because she was acting really depressed and didn't want to do much. She seems to have perked up with the BL so I would recommend it for your older horses as a feel good supplement - don't know if it actually helps with pain or not. I give it to her in a syringe and she likes the taste - I tasted it and it tasted like sour cherry."

"I started using BL before HJ wrote its article reviewing and recommending BL as a great Bute alternative, so I already knew it worked. I've used for several acute situations, such as bad bruising due to a fall, and for management of chronic situations such as arthritis and healing from a ruptured suspensory. I don't use daily at the moment but am never without BL in my barn medicine cabinet."

"I have a 22 year old gelding whose ringbone is getting progressively worse. A friend showed me an article about this. I checked it out and for the price, it was worth a try. It took a week or so before I saw much of a difference. Its not bute but it does help and for the relatively low price its more than worth the comfort it gives my horse."

"I switched one mare over to this instead of a joint supplement and bute, and the arthritis in her hocks doesn't seem to be an issue for her anymore. Much cheaper than any joint supplement, and since I know that her problem was arthritis, this helps manage it without the side effects of bute or the high cost of other meds. She seems very happy and pain free after a few weeks on this-will definitely keep her on it, and maybe try my gelding on it as well."

"My vet recommended this product for my quarter mare who has transient mild lameness, left front foot. We are to use for 30 days to see if it helps. Theory is there may be a leftover inflammation from previous owner's farrier work -- she is shod correctly now. Email me again after 30 days and we shall see if it worked!"

"A friend turned me on to B-L Solution and I have to say it works great. I give it to my two elderly geldings and they are feeling so much better since starting them on it. They have more energy, play more in the pasture, and just enjoying life. I rode in a prize ride this fall and my 22 year old gelding trotted and cantered the entire way he was feeling so good. "My 32 y/o Morgan mare has arthritis in both knees. Our veterinarian told me that she would have to be on 2 grams of Bute daily for the rest of her life. Knowing the effects of long-term Bute, I decided to try BL Solution after reading about it in the Horse Journal. In August '09 I took her off the Bute and put her on BL Solution. I give her 2 oz. twice daily. She's frisky and playful and seems to be free of the pain that she had, even while on Bute. "It takes about 2-3 weeks to kick in and it made my horse feel super good, depending on the issue your horse may have. My horse had an abrasion on her knees and had some back pain and even though she was feeling great and running around, the molasses in this stuff made her to hyper. Now the B-L helped with her back swelling but not with other things and I couldnt stand her all hyper. so i cut her and put her on MSM in which I had better faster results with her back and knee swelling. in anycase she is 95% almost 100% I would recommend this product , but becareful of the molasses. (pure sugar) and give it some time to kick in, some horses might need more than others or it might take longer to kick in, took my horse 3 weeks"

"I have a retired show horse due to bone spurs on her stifle joint's and pain in her hocks because of the bone spurs. Her way of moving was very limited in her hind quarters. I now enjoy watching her stride lengthen due to comfort because of your product. Where Kacy use to be the last in, during feeding time, I now notice she is among the first. In between orders I have run out, and there is a difference. Also, I have a Pot Belly Pig "Buehla May Buckler" who is 15 years old (their life span is 12 - 14 years), I have been giving Buehla a small portion with her breakfast, and she is now moving again, where it was very difficult prior. I first learned about your product on my barefoot group where I am a member. I had a severe founder I was rehabing, and initially purchased the B-L Solution for her. After noticing the difference it was making in this mare, I decided to try it on "Kacy", then my pig, and now I am giving it to my other show horse."
