Revolution® For Dogs & Cats
Revolution? For Dogs & Cats kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching for 1 month, and it is indicated for the prevention and control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, and treatment and control of ear mite (Otedectes cynotis) infestations in dogs. Treatment and control of sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei) and control of the American Dog Tick (Dermacentor variabilis) infestations in dogs. Note: Revolution? For Dogs & Cats does not repel the American Dog tick, but will kill the tick within 3-5 days. For dogs and cats 6 weeks of age and older. Mauve (Puppies and Kittens) is only available in the 3-Pack.

I use this product for my Great Dane because it is the only one that offers a large enough single dose for her weight. I have used it for 3 years and have never seen a flea in my condo or on her, or had any problems with it.

I used this for almost 6 months. The vet I was using recommended it to me. The WHOLE time my dog was on this she had fleas and worms. I have never had any issues with fleas or worms since I switched her off this. She actually hasn't been on any flea medicine since this incident and has yet to have a flea. I keep her on Interceptor for worms..been clear for 2 years now.

I purchased this product after battling fleas for the past 6 months. I found the product very useful in controling my flea population. I am a vet tech and had tried several other spot- ons as well as different natural shampoos and sprays and this product was the first to show me any significant relief. Another big plus is that the actual application is not greasy and dries very quickly without staining the coat ,which for me is important on a white dog. I will continue to apply monthly as it also serves as my heartworm prventitive as well. I also applied an application to my rabbit as Revolution is the prefered spot-on to use on rabbits. Although one should check with their veterinarian to figure out the appropriate dose.

I HAVE RECENTLY COME ACROSS THIS ITEM AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY VET. I ADOPTED A STRAY CAT AND SHE NEEDED SOME MAINTANANCE HEALTH CARE. IT IS REASONABLY PRICED SO I ALSO USED IT ON A NEGLECTED GERIATRIC BARN CAT AT MY BOARDING FACILITY. SHE WAS VERY THIN AND SLOW MOVING. SHE IS NOW THRIVING! SHE IS AS FIT AND STRONG AS ANY YOUNG CAT. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I wish Revolution (for dogs) covered American Dog ticks, tape worms, hook worms and mosquitoes. I would love a basic all in one product, but in pill form. I have just started my Aussie on Revolution, which prevents heart worms, fleas, and most ticks. This topical is great. I live in Florida and the mosquitoes worry me, but my dog seems to be just fine. I think it might repel them somehow? Its a great way to get an all in one product which is great for my wallet. No problems so far, wish they can up the protection though, just a bit. It works!

My Bernese Mountain Dog was perscribed Revolution when it was suspected that he may have sarcoptic mange. I had to use this product on my other dog in case the disease had spread to her. Fortunately, neither had the disease but I will continue using this product because it has done a tremendous job with flea and tick control! I live on a small farm where infestations of fleas and ticks are hard to control on our property, hence, hard to control on our animals. Revolution has surpassed the other flea control product I have used in the past, plus the convenience of not having to administer an additional heartworm preventative. This helps cut down on the cost of the medications I use on my dogs, an additional benefit of using Revolution.

Revolution is a product that I would recommend for any cat or dog. I can get it through Smart Pak only $10 a month when my vet charges me $20 a month and I get 3 months worth for $30. It would would be $60 through the vet. Something to always keep on hand

I save nearly $40 dollars by purchasing my Revolution from SmartPak rather then at my vet's office. It's a great deal! By the way, I use Revolution for my cats. The next part of this survey asks how many dogs I have, it doesn't ask about cats. I don't have any dogs. I marked 3 dogs, but as mentioned, I have three cats.
