Purchased based on chiropractic vet recommendation, Glucosamine XL Plus w/MSM helped my horse recover from an ill fitting westerna and dressage saddle issues that resulted in stifle and lower back problems. After 2 weeks, vet noticed immediate results and now after 6 wks, the stifle issue is resolved and the lower back is reduced to muscle tightness that should be resolved in 3 more wks. Use product daily.

We've been using this product for several years for my 20 year old Appendix. It has helped him to keep working...I'm trying the SmartPak Senior brand which includes the pro-biotic, hoping it will work as well, but keeping an extra bucket of this on hand for times when needs a little extra boost. Keeping him working has been the best for him, plus keeping him on a high-fat diet helps him to loosen up quicker.

I am very happy with this product. I use it for my 8 year old TB who I do dressage with. I upgraded from MSM and I can see the difference in the way she moves and performs. She is supple and fluid. I haven't encountered any problems feeding it to her because it comes in pellet form and she loves the taste. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone searching for a good joint supplement.

Run boarding/eventing barn, have used for years, recommend to clients, only use glucosamine sulfate, most bang for your buck. Ran out for a month, two schoolies 18 & 22 have hind leg problems which are back. Won't run out again. Only complaint can no longer get in powder, less bulk when you feed 12, and mine get soaked beet pulp so powder not a problem. Have tried lots of different types over the years - glucosamine sulfate worth the additional cost.

My mare is picky, but she'll eat these. That's the only reason I'm willing to pay so much for them. Otherwise her food goes untouched when she has what she deems "medication" in it.

I am using this product in my older barrel racing horse and it has helped her out alot she no longer has any cracking noises in her joints and her performance has improved. I also use in my 6 year old barrel horse and he is doing great.

I have a 25 year old mare that was suffering to get around. She wouldn't go very far from the barn, and she walked REALLY slow. Arthritis is very evident in her bent front legs. After about 6 days of this product, she's moving around 100% better! I couldn't believe it!! She doesn't lay down as much now either. She's still slower than the other horses, but she's amazingly better in comparison to how she was walking a couple of weeks ago. She acts like she feels better too. I will continue to purchase this product as long as she lives!! Thanks for helping my beloved Jesse!

I think this product is great. I have a 22 yr old gelding with mild arthritis. I chose this supplement because of the high levels of glucosamine sulfate (wanted to try this rather than glucosamine HCl) and msm. It seems to work as good as or better than any other joint supplement he has been on. Another bonus is that it is pelleted and he likes the taste so he always eats it right up. What more could you ask for?

This is my first purchase of this product. My quarter horse gelding is 29 yrs old. My blacksmith suggested this supplement, so I'm trying it. I assume it has to be used for awhile to see a difference. With it already getting cold here in Ohio, my old friend will be stiffer anyways. So, I hope I can see the difference with the changing of seasons. I may have to do this till Spring to know if it is helping him?

My quarterhorse pony had trouble with a loose stifle. After using this product for about a month, the stifle was no longer a problem. She was able to lope in both directions with the stifle popping.

I have used Glucosamine XL Plus for 10-11 years now on several different horses. Last year I switched my pony to XL Plus w/MSM and noticed a little more difference.....it helped a bit with his breathing due to COPD!

Our horse really enjoys eating these pellets. He has good mobility and he is not having the side effects that he had on a different supplement. Our trainer wanted us to find a supplement to support his joints/mobility. My kids are able to give the supplements since they are premeasured.

This is the first joint supplement that I have tried on my 13 yr. young BN eventer that really worked. Before I got her, she had multiple surgeries on her right stifle and she was left out in the field with an awful stiff stifle and no work and NO SUPPLEMENTS of any kind for 5 years. When I got her she would crow-hop, buck, and rear because she hurt SO bad. Now, we have started doing BN eventing together for the first time and she is just glowing! Moving like a true athlete! With this great joint supplement, lots of liniment, and good exercise, my mare is like new! Thanks so much.

This is the first joint supplement that brought dramatic results to my 22 year old gelding. I prefer this pelleted formula; there's no residue in the feed tub and I know he's eating it all. It's really helped with his arthritis.
