"I bought this in preparation for moving my horse - I figured stress of new surroundings, new water, new hay could all affect his system. I started using this every day and he never had any problems. I now give it to him after worming or any time I notice loose stool. It clears up right away and he's a healthy and happy boy. And he loves it - no problem getting him to eat it."

"I haven't been feeding this long, but my finicky mare is eating this up well and will eat it out of hand. Tiny little pellets. I'm feeding it with U-Gard because she's not had a nice coat for two years and is our worrier. I am anxious to see if this helps her guts, but it'll be a couple months I think to notice a difference. These two products together are a really good value."

"The 2.5# came in paper sacks which when dealing with deliveries at gate that get torn into or using in a barn are not the best. They get wet and easily tear. Horses have harder time getting into tubs, yes they can be broken, but a paper sack tears quickly allowing access to the product. Wish the manufacture would redesign the packing."

"Like many other reviewers, I have an older paint gelding (nearly 33) with chronic diarrhea and the white butt and legs to prove it. His tail is covered in loose stools too, and with the temperature hovering around zero degrees here, it's impossible to keep him clean. So far, my vet and I have not found any solution to his problem. I was so hopeful that this product would be the answer (the reviews are great), but after one bag and 40 days, there is no difference at all in my horse's condition. I am not giving this product a poor rating because it seems to be a good product and the price is reasonable; I also like that it is pelleted and easy to feed. At the same time, based on personal experience alone, I cannot recommend it. A note to the manufacturer, if you're listening: you might improve the packaging. The information on the package is pretty sparse, making it hard to show this to the vet and have him/her understand what it is. The packaging could be a bit more professional and informative. Thanks!"

"I have a beautiful boy with a completely white behind. When he has loose stools everyone notices and the yellow stains are horendous to remove. Then I purchased this product after being on another similiar but much more highly priced that had had no effect, and voila A WHITE BEHIND is back! Wonderful product for the parents of pintos!"

"I have a 29 year old Quarter horse 'Miss Tee' who I have owned from birth. She has had stomach (loose stools) for as long as I can remember. We started her on Track Guard and Pro Balance a long time back and we were so very happy with the great results.
I left on a recent trip and we ran out of the Pro Balance when switching over from ordering the 5lb tub to adding it to our already monthly delivery. I'll make the story very short... 'Miss Tee' got Colic.
Be sure to keep your orders current and don't miss dosages!"

"This is a product I can swear by! My mare was very malnourished and would have small colics every day, so I started reading about the probiotics, and I started her on another product, but it was making her very hyper. So I switched to Pro Balance, and within a week all her symptoms were gone. Her coat shined and she put on weight, and felt like never before. And the best, she is not hyper anymore!"

"I have tried plenty of probiotics and prebiotics before but none of them seemed to solve the problem I had with my older gelding who had chronic diarrhea. I was about to give up when I read some testimonials on Pro Balance and thought, "oh yeah, sure" because it seemed too good to be true. I decided to give it a try since I was quite desperate, but I wasn't going to get my hopes up. I have been using this product for a little more than 2 months now and I can honestly say he hasn't had a single bout since I started him on it. Wow, what a difference. Buck seems to be thriving now."

"We acquired our Pinto Gelding in Nov. '06. He had a case of diarrhea because the 'horse trader' had changed his feed while he was there to alfalfa. We fiqured get him on our orchard grass hay and he should clear up within a couple of weeks or so. Well several months later, and by now a very dirty horse (very hard to clean those hind legs in freezing temps with no barn) he was somewhat better but by no means solid yet. The search begins for a 'cure', several supplements and $$$ later no results, until Pro Balance. Stools are normal, he's happier, we're happier. Great product, great price and bottom line it works!"

"My horse was non-impaction colicking often. We treated everything, from ulcers and acid-reflux, allergies to tapeworms; nobody could help. I lived with Banamine handy at all times. I tried SO many digestive aids and expensive prescriptions, but nothing helped. Finally, I found Pro-Balance and (knock on wood), he is doing WELL! I SWEAR BY THIS STUFF!"
