"I had my senior APHA gelding on TC Rice Bran Oil Plus and he was in great condition. I dropped the oil to see if he'd maintain his weight but it began to dip again, so I decided to give a solid (non-liquid) weight gain supplement a try. The ingredient profile in this looked like it contained everything I could ask for and more, but after going through two buckets over 2 1/2 months and giving him the maximum dose, I'm seeing absolutely no weight gain. His coat looks great but he's on Omega Horseshine so hard to know how much this actually contributed to coat condition. Sadly this did not work for us."

"I recently put my draftx on this and have seen weight gain in just the first bucket (FYI- he gets 2 scps 2x day due to his over 1500lb weight). I had to remove rice bran from his diet due to allergies & switched to cool calories where he actually lost weight even after more than doubling the dosage! Ultra-Elite weight has put some of the weight back on .. and best of all it's one of the few weight gain supplements that doesn't have Rice bran in it!"

"I have a 30+y/o mare who lost alot of weight when I had to take her off pasture. I tried uping the grain and adding beet pulp but it just wasn't doing the trick. I started using this and within a few weeks I could see improvement. At first she didn't care of it but after 2-3 feeding she's licking her bowl clean."

"I basically inherited this 32ish y/o mare that stays with my gelding a few years ago. I am not REAL familiar with caring for senior horse, but I wouldn’t give her up for the world.
Well this summer they had to be taken off of the grass due to hoof issues and her weight went down quick. I tried adding more grain and beet pulp to her feedings with no real progress, so I opted try a supplement with her for 1st time. When I got the smartpaks I added them to her food as I’ve never seen her as a picky eater. Well she ate the first few feedings SO slow I really thought she was going to start refusing it. Now after our first month on it she LICKS her bowl clean. I think it was a texture thing. Her coat is SO much softer and I can defiantly see some real progress in her weight!!"

"I tried this on my gelding that needed to gain weight. Although it is A LOT of supplement he ate most of it. I had him on this product for over a month, I think he lost more weight! Then I tried Triple Crown Rice Bran Oil and what a difference in a matter of days! Within a week I noticed he gained some weight and his coat was so soft and shiny."

"I have tried many different weight builders, but this one actually works! I always do the loading dose for the first month and then drop back to the maintenance dose and it will put weight on and increase your horse's appetite quickly! Great product! I would recommend to everyone!"

"I have used Ultra Elite Weight for awhile now. The first of many uses was done for a 4-H project with an adopted SPCA emaciated thoroughbred appy. After two weeks we saw a huge difference in his weight and his coat. Within a month of use, he was well on his way to recovery! We have seen no "heat or spirit" come from this product. It does what it says it will do and I stand behind it 100%"

"Yup, my 17.1 TB actually lost on this. Tried something different - should have stuck with the "Hard Keeper". He lost enough weight to look "dull" in a couple of months despite regular deworming/blanketing and lots of quality feed/hay. Bummer. Back to Hard Keeper...."

"My friend's 22 yr old TB gelding was healthy and full of energy, but looked underweight even when being fed a full grain ration, occasional hay cubes, and living on lush pasture. His recent Vet check (including teeth) was fine, so I surprised her by ordering Ultra-Elite Weight supplement SmartPaks as a 'thank you' for all the times she's helped me out at the barn. I figured at such a low cost it was worth a try, and only one month later, he's started to fill in. I had my doubts, but this really has made a difference! "I started using Weight Discovery about 8 months ago. Before winter set in I wanted to find something to help keep weight on my aging mare. In the past couple of years I have had a very hard time keeping weight on her, especially when it came to Jan-Feb. I pasture board and we have to grain our own horses. I am only able to go out once a day to feed grain so it was hard for me to keep weight on her in the winter. After this winter using the Weight Discovery, I was very pleased that she kept the weight on. We did not have a really bitter winter here in St. Louis, but I know giving her the supplement really helped. I will continue to use it year round. It also has made her coat shiny. It comes right to my front door on time every month and it is at a reasonable price. So not only does it work great, it is also easy and I don't have to worry about finding time to get to the feed store."
