"I got the XL for my Draft cross who has exceptionally huge fetlocks, and these fit on the last notch. I imagine as they stretch out a bit, I can adjust them to first notch -- And I really like the stripes! I also have the fronts to match."

"I love these hind boots and so does my horse! Very supportive and well made. I did order up a size. I got a m/l in the front (velcro) but i got a XL in the back because he has big ankles. I love equifit's memory foam!"

"Love the concept of the memory foam and the stud closures but I wish these boots were more durable. After about 6 months of daily use the "dynohyde" was lifting up and seperating - I superglued it back down to buy me more time. Also the sizing chart isn't accurate, runs pretty small. And the video is misleading - tons of dirt still gets in. BUT, my horse is happy and comfortable and I feel like he's well protected."

"These boots are awsome, they look great, great for showing in the jumpers or schooling a home. Easy to clean, just spray them with the hose. Only problem was size, they seemed to run a tad small, I ordered the Med/Lrg in the front boots and it seems small, so I ordered the XLrg in the back boots and they fit perfectly. Really nice, I LOVE them!"

"The Equifit boots are great because they are extremely lightweight, yet still absorb shock. The liners are removable for easy cleaning. These hind boots run much smaller than the comparable product for the front legs. My horse will need at least one size larger, and even that may not be enough."
