"Nice quality head bumper. Fit nicely with my existing shipping halter. Generous cut-outs for ears. Pliable enough to be flexible, but firm enough to protect the head. Soft felt on the underside that is a nice touch. I love that you don't need any auxiliary equipment to attach this head bumper to the halter. Fit the refined head of my warmblood very nicely. She has a tendency to stop at the very top of the trailer ramp and turn her head outside to take a look around. I'm glad to know she will now be protected from cuts and scrapes not only during the trip but also during loading and unloading. It is a cheap enough product that every owner should own a head bumper for transporting horses!"

"This is a very well made leather head bumper for my special needs pony. The loops are just the right size to thread the halter through. This little helmet gives me the peace of mind that he will not bump his head/poll on his quick and uncontrollable exit off the trailer. And he looks too cute for words with his helmet on!"

"The head bumper is extremely well-made. It fit my horse well, and he made no fuss when it was put on his head. There was plenty of room for his ears. It seems very cushy( I didn't wear it myself :)) and that it would protect his head."

"My horse looks very silly in his Head Bumper, like he's ready to ride the "short trailer" to the show, but it sure beats having him fly off the trailer backwards and hurt himself! I'd much rather have him looking silly than have the vet out to give him stitches. A must-have for even short trips – you just can't be too careful."
