"My horse has a tendency to chip his hooves, so I decided to put him on this product. It will take months to see the result, but so far so good. He likes it, and digestively he is doing well, too. I wonder if some of the ingredients are also good for his general health. But for the price, I will be switching to SmartHoof. I think the contents are similar, and cheaper."

"I decided to look for a hoof supplement because Hope has two cracks on each front hoof that run all the way up to her coronet band. The farrier was mentioning shoes which I would rather avoid. I researched Grand Hoof Pellets extensively on this website and several other competitors websites. I compared nutrient values to other popular supplements and cost per day for SmartPaks, 80 day buckets, etc. Not only did Grand Hoof + MSM have the best nutrient list, I also got the best price by purchasing the SmartPak containers!! Just to see if my horse liked them, I poured a single SmartPak into her feed bucket and she ate the pellets right up. So no worries if she will eat it when it is mixed in with her daily grain. I have only been giving Grand Hoof to Hope for about 10 days now, so I cant comment on long term effect but the product has good reviews. I bought a three month supply and the customer service department was very helpful with that."

"The first time I bought Grand Hoof, I had a horse with ouchy feet. Just after one month of use she was able to walk less touchy. After 3 Month she didn’t mind walking on gravel. I use it in combination of hoof boots now and plan on using it year around. Hopefully we can go barefoot 24/7 in the future."

"My horse's feet grow more slowly than any horse I've ever seen, and were very brittle, weak, and cracked, with little wall. I began to see a difference after using Grand Hoof for several months. They are stronger, crack much less, and have a thicker wall. At one point I stopped using Grand Hoof and they began to revert. Grand Hoof definitely makes a huge difference in his feet."

"Grand Hoof pellets are very easy to feed to picky eaters. My horse doesn't have awful feet, so I was thinking this would be a good, moderate supplement to use. Unfortunately, after more than a year of use, the impact was minimal. I ended up switching her to a stronger supplement. I would still recommend this product for horses that are picky eaters and just need moderate hoof support- for horses with really bad feet, it might not be enough."

"My twenty-four year old mare has had TERRIBLE feet all her life. She has been throwing shoes weekly since the day I got her. I put her on Grand Hoof Pellets +MSM and her feet have gotten so much better that the vet said I could take her shoes off! That has NEVER been a possibility before. She is doing really well for her age and being barefoot for the first time in her life!"

"I've tried many different hoof supplements over the years, and this one has done the best job for my picky Thoroughbred, who will sift powdered supplements from his feed if he doesn't like them. I like the pelleted form of Grand Hoof and he does, too. The included msm is an added benefit. I keep this horse barefoot, and my trimmer always comments on how well his hoof grows."

"I have tried several hoof supplements for my thoroughbred's cracked, feet, and Grand Hoof Pellets is the best I've found. With my first 10-lb bucket almost gone, I can see strong, solid hoof growing down, and her cracks are nearly gone. My farrier is happy, my mare is happy, and so am I! The best part is her empty feed bucket--no loose powder left at the bottom. She eats every single pellet, so I know she is getting her full dose."

"My horses look good. Their hoof health is excellent and I live in the soggy south (summer rains). Their coat looks great and there's never a worry that they won't eat it. I also like the pellets because they have the added MSM. Excellent balance of everything they need for hoof supplementation. I also like the fact I'm purchasing from a company that has strict quality control and donates a portion of their profit to animal welfare (horse and dog). I'm thrilled with this product and highly recommend it."

"My TB mare had white line. Once we got her over that her feet were still a mess. She couldn't keep shoes on. It became a guessing game of how many (if any) she'd have on when the farrier came on a 4 wk. schedule. This product has really made the difference. Not only could she keep shoes on...now her feet are strong enough to go bare. The money spent on this product has cut the spend on my farrier bills. Now the farrier comes on an 6-8 week schedule and has hoof growth to trim. Go with the pellets. The powder gets wasted. She'll eat this right out of my hand and thinks it's a treat!"

"I have my 17 y/o Appendix gelding on Grand Hoof w/MSM pellets, with a little booster of Biotin 800 pellets as well. He had started throwing shoes on a regular basis about 5 years ago. After putting him on Grand Hoof, he stopped throwing shoes. He was leased out for a year, and his leaser took him off the supplements - and he started throwing shoes again. As soon as I got him back, I put him right back on Grand Hoof/Biotin 800....and the shoes are ON!!! :) Highly recommended. All pellets. No powder to waste."

"My mare had bad cracks.
Her hoof grew out healthy!
The farrier was shocked at how beautifully her feet grew out!! The cracks were cut off and her hooves are in the best condition ever. Highly recommend.
The farrier also mentioned that she had not seen feet grow so fast in years!! Thanks SmartPak!
