"My older mare has had trouble keeping weight on over the last 2 years. While she eats quite a bit of hay, she doesn't seem to get much out of it, and had an on-going problem with gas. After trying several products, I contacted the "Source" company and talked with a rep. They indicated that this product my help her gut get back to working properly. After a short few weeks, I can already see the difference in her body, & no more gas. This is an excellent product for a fair price."

"I have two OTTB's, age 17 and 12, that I use for children's riding lessons... both typical thoroughbreds. Definitely NOT easy keepers, and their advancing age doesn't help ;) but this stuff really does what it says! There's a dramatic change when I've taken them off of it in the past to try other probiotic/weight/digestive supplements(and I've tried a lot.) Their coats get dull and coarse, they show a lot more rib and hip bones, and they are more prone to colic so I always go back to WT. My students love to cuddle up and put their faces in their fur....they are just so soft and shiny! And it doesn't make their temperaments unmanageable for my tiny 5 year olds.
For reference: I feed Safechoice feed, add some beet pulp in the winter and WT year-round to keep them looking young."

"I started my 4 year old Saddlebred mare on this stuff about 4-5 months ago. Before, she would stress over anything and everything and lost a lot of weight at shows. After trying Focus WT I noticed she put on a little more weight each moth. It's a gradual process, but I can definitely tell a difference!"

"The horse I rescued was so neglected he couldn't be fed grain at first so we made a soup to wean him back onto food. Being a small Standardbred, his ideal weight is only around 900 pounds. He is ulcer-prone and can't keep weight on when stressed so the first few months were quite long. Focus WT was amazing in helping to maintain his weight once we got 300 pounds on him through feed management. He's a perfect weight now but I still include Focus WT in his diet (1/4 scoop once daily) as he hasn't had an ulcer (or choke incident) since being put on it. I did take him off for a couple months when he was in great shape but he developed an ulcer and started losing weight again. So, he stays on his little amount of it and is a very happy horse! In my opinion, every horse should get the benefit of the nutrients in this mix with their normal diet. I recommend it to everyone with sensitive horses."

"Our 31 yr old gelding Skip had started to lost some of his luster and was becoming slightly bony. We reviewed his feeding program with our vet, made a couple of minor changes, and added Focus WT. Within 60 days, Skip was returning to his old self and even showing a little bit of geriatric pep!

"After starting my OTTB mare on this product shortly after she left the track, she gained weight beautifully and her coat gleamed. In a cost cutting moment, I took her off this product for 4 months . . . she instantly started losing weight and her coat dulled. I realized my mistake and added this product back to her diet and after 2 months, she is looking beautiful and in proper weight again. I will not be without this product again!"

"I purchased this product to use on my warmblood gelding. He loves the taste and doesn't slow him down while he is eating. However, I haven't seen much in the way of weight gain or maintenance. He has actually lost some weight, but I cant say if its from the thinning grass this time of year or the supplement not working. I am on my second bin, and will probably switch once I get through this one."

"I started using Focus WT about 8 months ago on a pair of OTTb's they were both underweight and had lost a great deal of body tone and general condition. Their feet were a mess and they were very rough coated. After about a month their condition started improving they were not only gaining weight but their coats were looking better and they both had increased appitites. I am thrilled with the results and highly recomend the product."

"Last winter I had an 8 yr old TB mare that lost over 200lbs in 2 weeks. She had always been a hard keeper, and I had tried every weight gain supplement and trick in the world, with limited success. After spending hundreds of dollars at the vet, they ran countless tests, and never could tell me what was wrong, or how to fix it. My husband's cousin is a vet, and I asked his opinion on what to use, and he recommended the Focus WT. I was skeptical, but decided to try it. She put on 25 lbs in the first few days!! In 8 weeks, in the dead of winter, pasture boarded, she put back on all 200 lbs, plus more!! It literally transformed my mare before our eyes. Now, when other horses at the barn get a little skinny, they immediately go Focus WT! She was bred this spring with her first baby, and conceived on the first try. Her mane, tail, and hooves started growing by leaps and bounds, and her formerly dull, dry coat had a stunning mirror-like finish. In the future, this is the only thing I'll ever use again!!"

"My husband and I rescued a Percheron from the "Kill Pen" at a local auction roughly two weeks ago. On the way home I stopped to pick up supplies and this was one of them. She is about 500 pounds under weight. She has been on this for only two weeks and we already see an amazing difference. Her coat is coming in beautifully, there is already a noticeable difference with her weight and her spirit and energy are wonderful. This is a great product and we will continue to use it!"

"My senior gelding lost a large amount of weight this last September. After a checkup with the vet, who said that he "would not like to see J.R. any thinner", I decided my horse needed his weight back for winter. My horses have never ever been thin like this. You could see and feel the gaps between ribs, and his withers and hindquarters were boney. J.R. has always been pudgy. I called SmartPak and spoke to a representative who suggested Focus WT. Since J.R. isn't exercised much, I didn't want anything that would increase his energy. Focus WT has helped him immensely. We're almost back up to our usual weight, and he's only been on Focus WT for a little over 2 months. I'm very excited, and my horse isn't! He's been very content, and is not pacing a line around his paddock or anything. So if you want the weight, but not the excess energy, I'd recommend Focus WT."

"After asking many equestrians what to use to keep weight on a hard keeper, I tried the Focus WT. My 17 hand racing Quarter Horse has a metabolism that keeps his ribs showing more than they should. The Focus WT has helped him put weight on. Within 7-10 days I could see a difference physically, but not emotionally. He stayed his nice calm self. I definitely recommend it!"
