"Purchased for our 13 yr old Lab who has lost his appetite and has slowly lost over 17 lbs in 6 months. Tests have diagnosed with him with Cushings disease. He is on a diet of chicken & rice with eggs and veggies to try to put some weight back on him as he refuses to eat any dry or canned dog food. I am pleased with the quality and ingredients of the product, Unfortunately my dog doesn't like the taste (surprise) and it is large, so I have to cut it in half and and put it in a piece of bread with peanut butter to get him to eat it. Hopefully along with him finally eating again, it will help him get back to his old self."

"My Great Dane was getting a little slower when we ran and played with other dogs. I called SmartPak and they recommended the vitamins and wow, she is a little more active and even plays with her BFF a Boxer who has only 1 speed, FAST... She is able to keep up and her coat is shiny and she looks great. Her vet asked what I have been doing and told me whatever it is KEEP DOING IT,,"

"Very comprehensive - I have used this product for my senior dogs for many years. One of them is now nineteen and in good health. I believe that this product helped to keep him that way. The tablets are rather large so I do use a pill crusher."

"I have a 11 year old Goldern Retriever who has always been very active around the farm. I started to notice that he was lagging behind going out to the barn (if he decided it was even worth his effort). I knew I had to do something I couldn't stand the look on his face saying "I don't think I can go momma". I had also noticed that his hearing was going and it was going fast. I started him on Canine Plus Senior and have been THRILLED with the results! He has gotten his energy back and is now racing out to the barn beating me everytime. His overall well being has improved and his coat has its shine back! I'm also convinced that his hearing loss is slowing down as well. "I feel very confident using this product. The label lists about 47 ingredients, and includes more than the standard vitamin-mineral supplement; such as Milk Thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Bromelain, COQ10, and Taurine. One of my dogs is 44 pounds, 18 years, and healthy; and I believe that this product has helped him.
The tablet is rather hard but I solve that by using a pill crusher."

"This supplement has really given my 13-year old Dobi/shepherd mix a boost. He's also on Cosequin plus MSM and InflamAway ES for his joints. My dog had a sever sensitivity to prescription anti-inflammatory products, but this combination really puts some pep in his step and he seems comfortable for a dog his age with arthritis."

"This is an inexpensive supplement for older dogs. My dog happily eats them, but I think they have a very strong and unpleasant odor. If you had a picky eater I am guessing they might not eat them. My only other comment is that it doesn't make her coat as nice as other similar supplements I have used."

"I was looking for a little extra "pick me up" for my 16 year old Heeler and after some serious research, I decided that the Canine Plus Senior was the answer to the problem. She has been on these for almost a month and I can see that she is getting some of her "spunk" back and is willing to do a little more exercising with my younger dog. They are easy to give to her and she doesn't mind taking them at all! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pick up for an older dog."

"broke 5 bones total in 2 different feet tore some tendons/ligaments and permanent damage. didnt lose the foot though. she healed GREAT and didnt limp at first. when she began limping (at 8 years old) we put her on this and it really helped. she os back to running and playing like a puppy! (as far from the horses as possible!!)"

"I started giving Storm Canine Plus Senior last year after my veterinarian recommended I add it to his diet since his energy level had diminished. The Canine Plus Senior vitamins through Smart Pak were not only much cheaper than the ones my veterinarian recommended they were also more complete and worked better! Storm loves them and thinks they are a great treat. He is now able to keep up with my other Collies including the one year old pup!"
