"This seems to be a great product that is likely to work out better for a dog that isn't as old and arthritic as mine (17 y/o German Shepherd). The smartpaks are great and very handy. And, as always, customer service was fantastic."

"I actually ordered this supplement on accident, but didn't want to bother sending it back. I was annoyed because I thought my dog would never eat the capsules and that I'd have to open them each up (and there's a lot for how much my dog weighs) onto his food and mix in the powder. Not the case! He happily eats the capsules as if they are treats! Very impressed. Great price too."

"After taking this product for 6 weeks, I have not noticed any improvement in my dog's arthritis symptoms. But it may work for other pets, and the price is so reasonable that it is worth trying."

"This is a great source of MSM at a reasonable price. I definitely see an improvement in my blue heeler. However, as others have said, the capsule form is not very palatable. My dog who is not super picky will pull these out of wet food and cheese to avoid eating them. I will need to add pill pockets or something to my next order."
