"And not very comfortable but it definately works, I keep getting pinched so I probably should have ordered up a size note to self for future reference. I really wish it was a zip rather than hook an eye as those pinch like all get out..BUT I have noticed I am not sore after riding multiple horses, so IT DOES WORK for those of us with large chests."

"When my instructor says to keep my back relaxed while I ride a sitting trot, I can. No upper chest/shoulder tension trying to minimize bounce or ease discomfort. This bra is great. Also, very durable- I've been alternating between two of these for 4 years and just bought this one to add into the rotation. The old ones are still going strong."

"I have struggled to find a good quality, comfortable but effective support bra for when I ride (Dressage/ Jumper) because I am big busted- 38D. This bra was easy to put on, comfortable and extremely supportive. I bought two and when I have some extra cash I will be buying 2 more. A fairly expensive bra, but SO SO WORTH IT!!!"

"This is a great riding bra, especially if you are larger busted woman. HOWEVER...if you are like me and wear your riding clothing ALL DAY this bra can be a little harsh. Mine I found does dig in a little big under myarms on my side. The front hook closure is a bit hard to get hooked but you will get the nak of it in no time. This bra does work better than any I have ever tried....and I have tried a bunch! I ride a lot of sport horses and racehorses....a must own!"

"If you are a large-busted woman, you need to know about the Enell bra. I am quite serious when I say, discovering this bra changed my life. I found it several years ago after hearing it advertised as "Oprah's favorite sports bra", and despite the hefty price tag, thought I should give it a try, as a last resort. (In fact, one athletic clothing company calls it "The Last Resort Bra" in their catalog.) I have always loved to be active, but certain high-impact activities (and now that I'm a beginning rider, a sitting trot would definitely be among those) were simply out of the question for me because they were too painful. Years ago I attempted to become a runner, but eventually gave up on it mainly because it just wasn't worth the painful bounce, and it didn't matter how many bras I layered together or how many Ace bandages I wrapped around myself, nothing quite worked. This bra WORKS. Read the fitting instructions... it's supposed to fit very tight, you'll probably have to lie down to get all the front hooks fastened up. Since it is so tight, that means it's not so comfortable that you'd want to wear it all day, nor would you want to wear it from a shaping perspective, since it's a super-smasher. You'll only want to wear this bra if you've had experiences like mine, of being deterred from activities you wanted to do because of painful chest bounce-- and then you'll REALLY want to wear this bra."

"My Enell is fondly nicknamed "Whoa 'Nelly!" because the difference I found after I put it on is... WHOA NELLY!
As a 36D, I found myself trying combination after combination of minimizer, sports bra, and sports tank to save my back from The Bounce. Working at a rescue, I ride multiple disciplines and multiple horses a day, from green horses, to Western Pleasure, to my own Dressage horse, so I needed something that wouldn't let me down, despite different activities and long wear.
Whoa Nelly has never let me down, through summer camps, through show season, through long trail rides, through Pilates classes... I even took it backcountry for a full week. No backache! I also find that this bra allows more movement and engagement of the core- instead of using the core to hold up my girls, I'm able to engage it for riding and movement and stability!
The only downside to this bra is that it is not designed for long periods of sitting. I find that when I'm not in motion, it will dig into my sides. This is easily remedied by unclipping the bottom clasps, but can be quite uncomfortable at first.
As long as you're a girl in motion, this is DEFINITELY the way to go!"

"Seriously. Before I got an Enell sports bra, I was pretty sure I'd never be able to do anything besides maybe walk quickly. I am a 38H and wear a 4 in the Enell, which doesn't seem to be carried here. However, I have recently started riding again and the horse I ride has an extremely bouncy trot. Even sitting the trot, the girls aren't going anywhere. I've had this particular bra for 2 years and it gets washed often (I alternate it with another of the same) and it's still in great shape. It is a bit tricky to put on at first but after a little practice, it's no problem. If you can get your riding boots on, you can put this on!
Highly recommended. Yes, the seams look funny under shirts, but it's worth it not to hit yourself in the chin."

"This bra is essentially a mini corset for your breasts. They're really held good and tight in there, but one thing is for sure, they're not going anywhere! This is the only sports bra I've ever worn where my untameable rack actually couldn't move around. "I purchased Enell Sprots Bra is a size 3. I don't believe it is true to size as it is a little big and I am at the higher end of the measurment. I tried it on and there was still some bounce. Since you are not able to return it I tried it on with a regular bra underneath it. It worked very well. It also gives you a little bit of shape that way. Now when I am done riding i can undo the sports bra and take it off and I have my regular bra right there. I did not find that the closures on the front stick out at all. Overall I really like this product."

"I have three of these bras. Are they the prettiest? No. But they do the job. I ride a Saddlebred and this bra keeps the girls in place so that there is no discomfort while riding, which a plus for a larger chested woman. I tell all my barn friends about this bra and they all like it as well. I would recommend ordering the bra by the measurement of your rib cage rather than your bust/bra size. Another plus about the Enell bra is that they wear like iron! Literally. Excellent product, don't pass it up."
