My horse got rubs on long trailer trips from the metal on his shipping halter so I tried this and it works really well! He also looks like a pro-star while he wears it! The only complaint I have is that its hard to get clean since the sheepskin isn't removable so it get stained and its a little big for my horse so when I shortened the crown the stitching came undone and keeps having to be re-sewn because it gets too long of a piece for the length I need. Also, I put a nameplate on mine and the sheepskin is too long so it covers it up completely so I'd save the money on that!

I decided to invest in a shipping halter even though I only go to local shows because I want my horse to be as safe as possible. The sheepskin is very soft and the halter seems to be comfortable. I will feel confident using this in the upcoming show season. The halter is a bit snug on my thoroughbred, but I think if I sized up it would be too big and that with use it will be less fluffy. I am happy I made the purchase.

Trailering a horse can be a dangerous business if you are not careful! I am very protective of my horse and I always worry he could get an injury during the ride. The soft material of the halter allows me to sleep easy knowing my horse is safe. The fit is true and it is very easy to get on and off. To my surprise, I haven't noticed it to get dirty very easily. I was sure it would be beige after a couple uses. Very satisfied!

I purchased the halter for my new TB that I had shipped from Ohio to Kentucky. I love the quality and the look of the halter. One thing though, my boy did not like that big fuzzy thing put over his nose, so what I suggest is, that you get them used to it before you have to actually use it; we did finally get it on him, but we had to first put it around his neck and then pull it over his nose. He did just fine after it was on, and I think it made the ride a lot more comfortable for him. No rubbing or discomfort at all. It is a great product and good quality!

The only thing I would note is that all of the puffy fleece makes it run a bit small size wise. I have an average size horse, but he probably would have fit better in a warmblood sized halter. Other than that, it is awesome!!

This shipping halter beats all. It is extremely durable and the fleece is extremely soft. Most shipping halters are so bulky but this had all the fleece but is light in weight. No problems putting this on our horse. Love it!!!
