"Dear SmartPak,
I usually don't respond to surveys but in this case I will take a minute. I was disappointed in my purchase. Although my dog loved the treats, I ordered 3 bags but only got one. I did receive a call from customer service letting me know this but only after they had shipped the one item. I would have cancelled the order if I had know this in advance because they were going to charge me ~$8 to ship one bag. After I questioned this they said they would credit me a portion of the shipping which I was happy with. A few days later I received the product, it was not "packed" at all and what I received was a bag of crumbs."

"My lab mix looks at food and gains weight. I am so happy to have found the K-9 Fat Free Dog Treats! Now I no longer have to feel guilty about giving him a biscuit as they are a part of our daily routine. The only draw back is that they are very crunchy. So if you dog has sensitive gums you might want to soak them in a bit of water."
