"I actually ordered this polo in navy blue & loved it so much that I ordered it another color! The quality of the polo is very nice- the sleeves are a tad longer than normal plolos (but I really like the style). I was very impressed with the quality of the embroidery and think it is great that Smartpak offers this shirt and some other items that have the embroidery included in the price. Great buy!"

"Need to offer this shirt in Pima cotton also, and many other colors. Don't change the sleeve length and be sure to keep the double seams!! You have a corner on the market right now. They are a bit pricey however."

"The shirts were ordered in white with a front chest monogram as well as name monogram on the right sleeve. They are beautiful and came out of the wash perfectly. Very soft.

The most important aspect is that the customer service I received was excellent! These shirts were a gift for my daughter and her Trainer and their "team". I wasn't sure what type of shirt I wanted or what you even had to offer. I called the retail store and the order was handled by Michael. He knew exactly what I wanted, took care of securing the correct sizes and assurred me the monograms would all be done and the shirts at my home on a very short deadline. I think I ordered them on Thurs or Fri and had them in my hands the following Tuesday. Thank you Michael!"

"I've purchased several of these personalized shirts in the past year or so from Smartpak in a variety of colors and sizes. They tend to run true to size and they don't do a lot of shrinking in the washer and dryer over time - which is a HUGE plus in my book. The embroidery holds up as well over time - I'm not doing any snipping and cleaning up of loose threads etc after several months of wearing and washing these shirts which makes the price easier to swallow. That's the only negative - I just wish they were a few dollars less per shirt so I could order extras to pass out to friends who come to cheer us on at the horse shows!"
