"Almost every bit I own is a Herm Sprenger. I was leary of purchasing this bit, but I am so happy I did. This bit has a good weight to it and is very well made. My mare is quite happy in it when she switches over from her loose ring HS snaffle. She gets foamy and accepts the bit without a problem. This mare has been a bitting nightmare and is very finicky regarding what goes in her mouth."
