"My horse has been on this for quite a while. He stays barefoot easily and gets compliments constantly on his shiny coat! Bonus...rather than have the barn feed it, I bring it every night and give it to him myself. He thinks it is a treat!"

"I've tried many different hoof supplements on 2 of my horses with brittle, hard-to-hold shoes on hooves. Farrier's Formula is the only one that my farrier saw improvement in their hooves. He says they are much more solid to place nails. They don't have the vertical cracks they used to either."

"I have used Farriers Formula for 16 years, the first time when I purchased a horse with whiteline in his hooves. I watched as it grew out and healthy new tissues grew back with FF. I tried the other brands and cracks appeared. Whether shod or not, this is the only product that keeps the hoof healthy, the skin shiny and the mane and tail grow tremendously. Since then, every horse I've had is kept on it and I haven't had any hoof problems. The tail grows long and thick and if I forget to order it (SmartPak doesn't let this happen) I can tell within a couple of weeks that the hooves become crumbly. I can't recommend this product enough and the pellets are great for the picky eaters. Its also true that farriers actually do recommend this because I used to buy it from my farrier!"

"My new mare (with not the best looking hooves) has been on this product for a little over a month now. She apparently loves the taste, because from day one she ate every tiny bit. It's a bit early to be sure, but it appears that her feet are looking quite a bit better already...the frogs are not raggedy anymore, and the hooves seem less dried out."

"I am using this product on a thorughbred racehorse who ended his career due to a slab fracture. This resulted in laminitis in his opposite hoof. As well as other treatments we started him on the Farriers Formula Double Strength. The product increased the rate of hoof growth as well as the quality of his hooves. He still is not back to riding but is now barefoot with special trimming. He has strong healthy hooves and he is sound. I believe the Farriers Formula definitely contributed a big part in his miraculous recovery."

"I purchased Farrier's Formula (Dbl Strength) because my paint's hoofs were chipping really bad from the hard winter ground and I figured I would give it a try and his hoofs actually look better than they ever have before! They stopped chipping and are looking healthier within only a couple of weeks of using it AND I've only been using the reg. strength (I forgot it was supposed to be double and was only using one scoop as opposed to the two) So even the regular strength works great. I'm going to continue to use this throughout the year. Thanks SmartPak!"

"My farrier has said on more than one occasion, that Farrier's Formula is THE supplement he recommends.
After a season of drought and hard ground, my broodmare started getting multiple vertical cracks and splits all the way up her hooves. I tried a view things (dressings, etc), but nothing seemed to help. I was afraid she might develop quarter cracks. I finally put her on Double Strength Farrier's Formula about 2 - 1/2 months ago. She already has healthy, new growth of about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. I'm beyond pleased."

"My gelding has large sidebones, so I want to ensure that I do everything I can to make his feet healthy and keep him sound and performing. My farrier said that my gelding's feet are a 9.75 out of 10 for overall health, hoof wall density, etc. It's not a 10 out of 10 because because his opinion is the "perfect" hooves only exist in text books, in the real world there is only perfectly healthy hooves. My farrier also said whatever I was feeding and supplementing, keep doing so!"

"I can't believe how fantastic both my OTTB's feet looked after starting them on Farrier's Formula Double Strength! My mare is 15 and my gelding 16; both had cracks and damage from standing in an irrigated pasture. Their feet were slow to grow and broke off easily, I was constantly calling the farrier for a thrown shoe after 5-6 weeks. I've been using this for almost a year now and both my horses are completely barefoot with beautiful, perfect sturdy feet! I can't believe it. I recently had to cut back to 1 scoop from 2 because their hooves grow TOO fast! I LOVE this product!"
