"I bought this for my soft mouthed tb. It worked very well in getting him to relax and chew the bit. It has some teeth marks in it, but i guess that means it has been working! I will definitely buy another."
"This bit has been great for my 3 year old, my trainer says every horse she started in this bit has a quiet mouth. I'm buying another one though, he did chew a little chunk out and I'm afraid it will abrade his tongue."

"I dislike Happy Mouth bits in general. They are too thick for most horses. The horses become busy-mouthed and chew the bit a lot more than usual. The chewing leaves sharp edges on the plastic mouthpiece and bits of plastic come off in the horse's mouth. Plus, have you ever tasted a clean one? They do not taste like apple!"

"My 4 yo loves this bit. He goes quite well in it and its nice and soft on his mouth. He even reaches for it when I'm putting his bridle on, so he must like it! He did chomp down on it once, causing a rough/flat spot, but I guess that's to be expected with a softer bit."

"My mare used to throw her head all the time unless I rode in just a halter. A friend at the barn had a Happy Mouth and I gave it a try and it made all the difference! It's the only bit I buy now and any horse I'm training I try to get into a Happy Mouth as soon as possible."
