The quality, as always from Edgeweood, is exceptional. They definitely needed a little oiling - as all new tack does. I love these reins and would buy them again.

Very good quality leather and rubber. The leather takes oil beautifully and finishes to a dark chestnuty brown.Beautiful stitchwork and edges. Edgewood is the highest quality bridle I have ever owned, try one . . . you won't be disappointed!!!

These reins are great! They are REALLY grippy, not too thick, and the newmarket (which I hate) darkens to a nice deep chocolate color really quickly and evenly. Amazing quality leather, these reins are wonderful and BEAUTIFUL! Worth the money if you ask me.
