I was really looking forward to these socks, but my eight dollar Sox Trot Socks are better than these. These are thicker, warmer, and less durable. I have huge calves on fairly short legs, and they didn't even make it up past my calves because there just wasn't enough material. To finish it off, the seems were stretched trying to make it up my calves. I think i'll keep them, but only because they are fairly soft on the inside and could work under my breeches with my paddock boots, instead of over my breeches with my tall boots. Would not recommend.

durable, wicking, does not make you sweat material, with a fit that can't be beat. not too thin/sheer, and modestly padded in all the right places. all at a great price. bought a second pair and will be stocking up!

Love these! I have multiple pairs and love them! They are so well made and comfortable, I even wear them with my jeans and "fashion" boots, not just when I ride. But they are by far some of the BEST riding/boot socks on the market!

The tred step sock has a light supportive fit. They have enough thickness at the heel and ball of the foot to not cause blisters. The concern for sweating feet because of the thinness of the fabric is not an issue. Pleased to say that the sock keeps the feet dry and cool. I would highly recommend the tred step sheer socks.
