"Chestnut warmblood with sensitive skin that cribs. How's that for a sales ad?! That's what I own--he's a great dressage horse, so I deal with it. He had a traditional cribbing strap that had rubbed a raw mark on his poll. I wedged open my wallet for this one and I'm pretty pleased. My WB has a WB head so when the leather was new and stiff, it was a close fit, as it's worn in, I've been able to adjust. It does a great job with the cribbing, but I'm a little concerned that the piece in front of his ears may be causing some irritation. I'll get some moleskin for that and I think it will be perfect."

"This is a really high quality cribbing collar. I'm not so sure it works though. I haven't been putting the band over the front of my horses ears since he hates it. I still catch him cribbing if it isn't tight enough behind the ears. This cribbing collar is made of really nice leather and is very comfortable on my horse. It is the most comfortable cribbing collar I've found and seems to distribute the pressure evenly. The downside is it's very expensive and may be wasted on my horse."

"My mare began cribbing due to ulcers and is not a constant cribber. After treating the ulcers, I wanted to try and discourage the cribbing. I bought this strap and she is comfortable in it and lets me put it on in her paddock with nothing around her neck. It is really well made and fits well. The leather and sheepskin are of high quality. It was worth the money, although I do get teased for the "Made in Italy" insignia on it!"

"I bought this and returned it. It is definitely the highest quality product available, in my opinion. The leather is very nice, the fleece is very real, and it is all assembled beautifully. I found only one problem with it which caused me to return it. My horse was very serious about the fact that fleece will not be getting anywhere near his head. Very nice product, I would highly recommend it to anyone that has a cribber."

"I like the leather of the collar and the sheepskin fleece. It seems really well made and cleans up easily with a mild sheepskin detergent. It didn't come with any directions, but fortunately, I have way too much experience with other cribbing collars9miracle collar, nutcracker, french, grazing muzzle, etc) and was able to figure it out. It hasn't really stopped my thoroughbred or lessened the amount of cribbing--and it's on pretty tight. The sheepskin has allowed my horse to grow back hair where it rubbed off from the miracle collar, but now his forelock is almost completely gone from the forehead strap digging in, so I had to put fleece cover over the straps. Overall it's a nice collar, but very expensive."

"I have had my mare for 8 years and I have never found a cribbing strap, spray, or deterrent that works....until now!! She is a constant cribber and with this strap on she doesn't even try anymore. When you receive the strap it is very stiff and doesn't seem to work, but give it about 2 weeks and it will work like magic! It fits great, seems very comfortable, and is nice looking. In the end the $200 for the strap is well worth it.....it is PRICELESS!!! I Love This Cribbing Strap :)"

"My horse has cribbed his whole life. I was so sick of him getting rubs from his other cribbing straps (no matter how much fleece I put on them) so I decided to try the Equine Cribbing Strap. What a pleasant surprise! It has been about one month now- he has grown hair back on his old rubs and he has no new rubs! The best part is that actually helps reduce his cribbing!"
