These are really nice quality. They are shorter than i thought they would be. I'm struggling a bit with the length, but so far so good. (No idea how durable they are, yet.)

I can't comment on the durability because I have only owned these reins for a few weeks. I am very impressed with how they are made and how they look. I grew up in the hunter world and really prefer braided reins when jumping but I had a really hard time finding braided black reins to match my black bridle for my black horse. Since I only show him jumpers I didn't want brown. These are the perfect length and are a nice soft leather. They have broken in quickly and give me the grip I was missing from smooth black leather reins. They also don't have the buckle on the outside like most of the dressage reins that I didn't like as much

They are really quite beautiful - we used them for the first time down in Thermal for the HITS show and there were just lovely to look at and good for our daughter.

I ordered these reins for my dressage bridle. It is good that I have a little Hanoverian mare (only 15.2) with a short neck. The reins are very short in length, but they work for me. So far they seem to be a great quality.
