I thought these would be nice and warm. They are very thin & flimsy. Maybe would be OK with the "hot feet" pads in them -- I returned mine.

I purchased these for outdoor winter riding. I love them they help keep my feet warm no matter the conditions. they fit on my english and western stirrups. I love them!

I received these as a gift and I LOVE them - used them in a lesson the other day and I could tell a definite difference when I went from no-stirrups work back to riding w/my irons. My trainer is usually fussy about things such as this, but she said that it made no difference in my ability to flex or hold a proper position, so she was fine with it - I could focus on my lesson rather than on frostbite!
I don't remember if the description mentions it or not, but these don't include the handwarmers - be sure you stock up on those - you'll like it :).
