"Bought to go with my new Antares saddle; oiled up to be much darker but really pretty and matching my newly oiled saddle. Extremely soft yet appear durable; will see how they stretch over time but love them right now. Kudos to Smartpak for letting me return these same leathers in the shorter length even after riding in them. The shorter leathers were just too short and they exchanged them without any problems. THANKS!!"

"These match my Antares saddle even better than the Prestige oakbark leathers that were originally recommended for this saddle. Prestige discontinued that color and I had liked the flat buckles on the Prestige, however, the leather on these are much nicer and worth every penny. I also have not noticed any bulk under the leg due to the buckle style. Very happy I splurged on these."

"I got these to go with my Antares saddle, and they are very light - I've put two coats of oil on them, and they are starting to darken. They are very very nice quality, I'm very happy with them, the only quibble I have is that I wish they didn't have "Hampton Classic" stamped on the long end of the leather - that looks kind of tacky to me. And that doesn't show in the pictures either."

"High quality leather that, when oiled once, perfectly matches the Antares Calfskin Jumping Saddle. It makes the saddle look that much more handsome. I switched from the Prestige stirrup leathers that were also very nice but discontinued in the Oakbark color. The holes in the Antares leathers are slightly closer spaced than the Prestige, offering more options in length adjustments. The workmanship is beautiful and the leather is the nicest I've seen for stirrup leathers. Even though the buckle is not advertised as flat, it’s not bulky, which was my main concern. They are very light before oiling but don’t worry, they darken drastically after oiling. Worth the two month wait."

"These stirrup leathers are absolutely beautiful. They are thin enough as well to slide easily. I have oiled them twice and they match my saddle perfectly. If you oil them more, they would get darker to match a darker saddle I'm sure. They are expensive, but they look it. I have only had them a week but the leather is such good quality I am sure they will last."

"These leathers are nicely made. The quality of the leather is excellent and the workmanship is great. They are not bulky under the leg. The buckles, stitching, holes and numbering are all really nice. The leathers oiled to the color of my saddle with no problems. They are not inexpensive, but I am expecting them to last a long time."

"I splurged and bought these stirrup leathers when I ordered my Antares Hampton Classic. Sure it was a lot to spend on stirrup leathers, but the quality and workmanship made the purchase WELL worth while. The leather is super soft and supple calfskin and they have very minimal bulk under my leg. They oiled down beautifully to match my saddle. I'm such a fan of Antares and I'm thrilled that I can buy it online with SmartPak!"
