"I purchased this pad to use under my endurance saddle as I wanted the extra cushion and size of this pad. It fits very well, and is cutback at the withers which is very nice. It is pricey however."

"This pad is a great alternative to adding a half pad. Stays in place even with out the keepers and no pressure points. Quite thick but fit my 15.1 horse just fine and looks like a normal pad just puffier. Also really like the cut out wither. Do make sure and check your girth though as it will flatten a bit throughout your ride."

"I just tried it out for the first time this morning. Initially I was a little worried that it had no billet keepers, but it stayed in place perfectly! The wither free design is genius, though it could use another inch. Be aware that the pad is rather large (so on a dainty or very small horse, it would likely look too big, I have a 15.3 WB and it looks fine on her, but it looks like a blanket on a 16h TB) and thick. My saddle is adjusted to accommodate a sheepskin halfpad, so I can use it fine with this pad, but if your saddle is adjusted to fit without additional padding, this pad might well be too thick. In Germany, this pad sells for 59 Euros (roughly $77), so at $99 a bit overpriced."

"It seems to relieve the pressure from the front of my saddle. My elder fellow (22) needs a little more protection than before. I have a custom saddle, and the fit is correct, but he wasn't totally happy, this pad seems to be making him happy. More saddle time will tell. I'm a petite rider 110 pounds, so rider weight is not a big issue."

"I bought this pad in Black and I love how thick it is. It is very nice. I am glad I made an investment in it."
