"My Tipperary helmet covers the upper part of my neck below the ear level, unlike my Troxel helmets, so the ear band does not fit that helmet. It's made to fit below the helmet's lower edge on the same level as your ears, not under it, so unless I trade helmets when it's cold I won't be able to use it. If you wear a Tipperary helmet--I own the Sportage--don't bother getting this ear band. It's a good idea, but does not work on all helmets."

"I was skeptical about spending $19 on a pair of ear muffs, but if they worked with my riding helmet, it would be worth it. Nothing about these ear muffs is worth the money. Don't fit, with or without the helmet. Fall off if I turn my head. Thinly quilted and uncomfortable. I gave it 4 stars for durability, because those ear muffs will last FOREVER sitting on the seat of my truck!"
