"The Smartpak fleece girth is priced fairly and appears to be made very well. It has held up well so far for everyday schooling. The fleece is very thick and it seems to be comfortable for the horses I ride!"

"This girth is extremely nice for the price. It's very soft and seems to be made of exceptional materials. The only problem I came across was that I had ordered a 48" and they sent me a girth that measured 47". So be warned that it might be about an inch small and order a size up."

"This is the best girth ever! I have it in the 54" for my 17hh ottb and it fits perfectly wth his halfpad. I won't buy a girth without double elastic for two reasons, first-I believe it really does make a difference is equalizing pressure, and secondly-it makes it 10x easier to adjust! I also love it has roller buckles! Defiantly a necessity! The fleece is not supper thick but I love it, and it washes up well. This is the only girth I will use for schooling, thpugh I would recommend a leather one for shows. I will be buying one for each of my other horses as well!"

"I had a fleece girth previously (not of this brand) and it was the same size as this one I bought. I can tell you this girth does not over stretch but it stretches enough that you can get on your horse. My last one fit horses that were a 52 with a 48 girth and it was crazy. I think it runs average. I haven't been using it for that long but I can say it stays really clean and I don't have the over stretching problem. It looks clean on a horse as well. I get compliments on it. I would buy this product and recommend it to a friend. Thank you smartpack!"

"This is a great girth for the price. I can't comment on durability since I ordered it in the wrong size and had to exchange - still waiting on the exchange. That being said, the girth seems solid and of good quality, and looks nice. It's a nice dark brown fabric and the fuzz is adequate without being excessive. I'm excited to use it on my sensitive OTTB"

"Very pleased with this girth so far. It fit just right and looks nice. I haven't had it long enough to wash yet, but for the price I may purchase another to use just for shows so I don't have to worry about being super careful to keep it looking nice. My only complaint is trivial and silly, but the size tag on it didn't rip off easily so I had to cut it off. I couldn't cut close enough to completely remove it, but you really have to be looking for it to notice."
