"After a previous attempt to replace my horses beat-up old bit and having him avoid the new bit totally after the change, I was a little wary of trying another ... but the cost of this one and the similarity of the one he had used well made it a good bet. He is back to his sweet (and slightly hot) personality and back on the bit again. He really seems to love this one."

"I purchased this bit on a whim for my TB mare who likes to lock her jaw and get heavy in my hands while gaining speed. While she did ok in her french link eggbutt snaffle, this bit has really made a difference. The weight allows me to me much more subtle when giving my reins and the bit seems gentle and doesn't worry her. She's an anxious horse who wants to please and she's been very calm and relaxed in her work.

Quality construction, fantastic price - I was shocked it worked so well! SO worth trying!"

"I love how well this bit fits my horse's mouths. It is heavy enough that it gives a great feel and allows light rein pressure, yet it is light enough they arent scared of it. this is great because the mustang I ride is really scared of bit pressure and I strongly believe that this bit will help her to accept it and get well on her way to a career. It dosnt squeak and it cleans really well."
