"Even though this cover is rather expensive, it is worth it. I know from their saddle pads the quality and endurance is tops. It fits my sircingle perfectly and feels great for my horse. No rubbing at all and it is used almost everyday. I love it, and most important so does he."

"I would say that this fleece surcungle cover reflects the statement that "you get what you pay for." The craftmanship and quality of the fleece is gorgeous. It's the softest, thickest fleece I've ever felt. My horse seems to smile when I put it on him :)"

"I think all Mattes products are overpriced, but they are nicely made and in this case, there was no other option in lambs wool. I don't care for synthetics as they don't hold up as well. This surcingle cover is easy to use and gives good protection over the withers and there was no slipping."
