"I was never one to believe that the higher end breeches were anything to boast about. I had been a fan of the regular pull on breeches, and found myself having to replace them annually (I ride every day). I then invested in my first pair of Tailored Sportsman Trophy Hunter breeches when I started showing. I was taken by how the fabric felt and how well the breeches fit. The fact that they washed very well was a plus. I now have many Tailored Sportsman breeches and continue to buy them despite the price because they hold up very well. I would be spending close to $200 anyway to replace the cheap breeches that stained, ripped, and stretched out anyway!"

"I am 4'11 and a half. They are a hair too long for me, but so comfy. I do prefer side-zip, I don't like my belt buckles leaving scratches on tack when sliding off."

"Got these to ride and show in Florida this winter. Now that I'm getting closer to aging out of the 18-35 adult hunters and have a family of my own, it's harder for me to keep up with the riding trends. Tailored Sportsman britches have always been tried and true in the hunter world and these britches are no exception. Good fit and the style that is out there. The stitching on the backside also fits today's trend in britches. Easy to see this is what everyone else is wearing by the little red and white TS tag on the side."

"A while ago Tailored Sportsman changed their Trophy Hunter fabric from 90% cotton to 73% cotton and the result is a completely different fit. The butt is bigger for one, and they fit larger. Also, obviously the fabric is different. I don't like the new fabric at all. The TS TH with the old fabric were my absolute favorite and I wish they'd go back to the way they used to make them! I returned these."

"I LOVE these TS breeches. The material on these is much more comfortable than the material on their other more traditional breeches. The euro cut is very flattering I think, and the low rise is comfortable without being TOO low. Also, the fit around the bottom of the breeches is much better than other TS styles- much more adjustable. I can see these possibly being a bit long for shorter riders, as I'm 5'8" and the regular length still fits me fine. Overall, a bit pricey, but still a great buy!"

"I own about 5 pair of these breeches now because they fit me so well. The quality is excellent and though they cost a bit more, I like the fit and fabric that is not so thin and overly stretchy that you can see every dimple on your back side. The only negative is that since I like the dark colors like navy and black, they do show the dust and dirt. The charcoal is best for not showing the dirt. I have both side and front zip and like them both. I was going to try smartpaks new Bradley breech but to be honest I am afraid I will be disappointed so I guess I will stick with these."

"Finally purchased my first pair of TS breeches and I do love them. I like the fabric and am pleased with the fit, especially the euro seat. I got the charcoal color and it's darker than I thought, but still looks great. I will say that I bought a pair of Ariat breeches that I like just a tiny bit more. Namely because TS breeches have velcro at the ankle. I wish they had a stretchy panel instead! They'd be so much more comfy. Otherwise, I can't complain except to wish that the price was a bit lower. Nice breeches!"
