"I have tried a lot of stuff on my mare. She is really cranky when she is in heat. This really worked on her. She can really pitch a fit, but she was calm and focused. I recommend Mare Ease. It does stink a bit, so I'm sure some picky eaters might have to hide it, in their food."

"I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and have seen a noticeable difference in my 7 yo mare. She's much calmer and her seasonal symptoms seem much diminished. She was cranky, moody, touchy and difficult to work with prior to this. So far so good. I mix it with a handful of grain and she eats it right up."

"I have tried a number of products including calming products. First - get your mare off alfalfa. Nothing will work if you have her on that. Raspberry leaf is great if you feed it by the pound, not practical. This product is tremendous. Your mare will thank you. Calming and settling. I highly recommend it."

"My mare was in and out of her cycles and very moody. She was extremely sensitive across the croup area. I started her on mare ease and she is so much better. The best part is she is not so cranky all of the time. Thanks Smartpak!!!"

"May be it smells like drain cleaner? There is no way for me to know if this works or not because there was no way I could disguise it enough in her feed. Thankfully Smart Pak took pity on me. They gave me a refund and I donated the jar to my local horse rescue."

"This product took my EXTREMLY hormonally cranky mare and turned her into a doll. I put her on it because she had an inflamed ovary that was causing her a lot of pain and after a week she was a totally differnt horse. Instead of trying to kill everything in site when in heat she has had very minor heat cycles since we started using this product.
Note, she wasn't keen on the taste and it's a fine powder so to make sure she was getting the full dose I put the powder on her grain then dump in about half a cup of corn oil. Mix it all together and she licks the feeder clean. So I know she is getting the full dose."

"I have a now 3 year old filly that was striking at my gelding when coming into season. Mare Ease settled her hormones down quite nicely and she pays more attention when her hormones are elevated than before. Much quieter and more mellow. Great product"
