"This is a great product to have for emergencies. I prefer injectables for pretty much every medicine(the horse can't spit it out...les wasteage!) but sometimes you need to have an oral medicine on hand. This is great, just expensive. Oh, and just fyi, my vet aways tells me to dose the horse with half of what it says to, so I get 6 doses per tube, not 3. Try it, you get the same results at 1/2 the price!! I always love to save $!!"

"I have a 28 yr old TB Mare who has had more colic symptoms as she ages and it's much cheaper to have Banamine Paste on hand from SmartPak than having to pick it up at the vet 45min away "just in case" I need it. My fantastic vet was good to take care of faxing in the prescription quickly so this could catch a ride with my monthly auto-ship the same day. Thankfully, Secret hasn't needed her emergency Banamine Paste since I now have it on hand which is fine by me! She's not a fan of the taste but is good to take it when necessary."

"Always a good product to have on hand, Banamine Paste is often recommended by vets to be used while the vet is in transit to treat your horse in an emergency. Our last tube was used on a rescue horse that suddenly developed a respiratory infection and high fever. Glad we had it on hand!"

"After administering a high alkaline pyrantal de-wormer to my grey horse , he had a VERY ugly reaction to it. His mouth turned red and a golf ball size lump appeared in the corner of his gum. The reaction was quick and shocking, so I immediately administered to banamine and was pleased to see the swelling reduced in a matter of minutes. The paste is easy to use and FAST acting."
