I use this for my mares that either a). need help maintaining their pregnancies(first 100 days or so) or b). my mares that I need to schedule their heats so I can breed them in a timely manner! :)

It usually works pretty good except for last time I used it for reason b she never came in after over 15 days of daily doses, so I don't know what went wrong, but a shot of lute quickly corrected whatever it as. :) But it does usually work...that was the first time that that had happened...

I haven't ever used the dosing device, a syringe w/ gloves works great even if it is a pain sometimes!

I have a young mare that was close to impossible to get started. I had chiropractors, massages done and etc. thinking she just needed to be corrected after having previous saddle fitting issues. My vet looked at her and immediately recommend I put her on Regumate. In just a little over a week, I noticed my young mare became a new horse. Her tension, soreness, and attitude under saddle were gone. Although it is a pain to administer, I find using a syringe works best. I had no luck with the $50 easy dosage device. It's definitely worth it.

This product is working really, really well for my mare. We went through other injectable estrus suppression medications which did not work and had some negative reactions to injected site area. We use the pump at our barn which makes dosing and delivery really easy. Recommend it highly -- she's a new girl!

I've had the worst time with my mare. She was in season all the time. She would scream for the boys, get aggressive towards me and other horses. Our life together was getting miserable. Little tasks we're becoming impossible. My vet wanted to try her on hormones first to see if thats were the problem lied. Well, it certainly was. Even though it's pricy and a pain to deal with, it has made a huge transformation in my mare. I can see in her face she's just much happier with her hormones in check. And that, makes me a happy owner!

I tried other herbal products to manage my mare's

Thinking to save money, I was going to skip it this year & deal with her lack of focus & extra sensitivity to the leg. But her cycle also made her incredibly tight in her back & no exercise under saddle seemed to help loosen her. It seemed unreasonable for me to expect her to meet the demands of dressage work when she clearly was uncomfortable. Now on our 2nd summer on Regumate and it's already made a huge difference in her comfort level.
