"This doesn't look like a $90.00 necklace. The chain looks cheap and the part where you put the picture inside has nothing holding the picture in place. You just smoosh the picture in. I'm not happy with the item, but I had it engraved, so I can't return it. If you're thinking of purchasing it, don't have it engraved so that you can return it if you don't like it.
I do, however, realize that I was told beforehand that custom items were not returnable. I knew that going in."
