"This product is effective. I use it as a preventative treatment 1x/week for my mare who is prone to thrush. It also is about the same price per ounce as the other products that I have found effective. The aerosol does not make any noise but it is still messy and runs around the area where the liquid comes out."

"I LOVE Thrush XX Aerosol! I will never use a different thrush treatment! It's definitly worth the extra few dollars over the regular treatments. You save a lot of the liquid because you can't spill it everywhere, and it doesn't drip all over the barn floor or your hands. The sprayer is practically silent, ideal for horses who don't like the sound, and you can hold it upside down when you spray."

"My mare, who is turned out during the day and stabled at night, had a little thrush develop over this rainy season recently. But, this product seems to really help clean up the issue. Along with using lyme once a week-ish and this on other days, her frog is looking (and smelling) much better!"

"This product is not mess free. When I spray it, it usually ends up on my fingers, and sometimes gets on my whole hand. The liquid also tends to run down the bottle while spraying, making it sticky and a pain to use. Maybe I just got a defective sprayer or something but it dripped and ran a lot for me. It also didn't really clear up my horse's thrush. Actually I don't think it made any difference at all."

"Finally, a way to manage thrush without ruining your clothes, your hands, the barn aisle, etc. I have a horse with a funky foot that develops thrush at the drop of a hat. Moving into a brand new barn I worried about treating him with the usual green or purple stuff and staining her nice new floors. But with this product, I can easily squirt it where I need and only where I need. Why didn't anyone think of this before?"

"This spring I've got LOTS of mud, and with all that moisture I've got black funk in the 3Bs hooves. Talked with farrier and he suggested a copper product and after looking a bit I found this-- I am holding heavy hooves while applying this and it makes the job easy. Sprays upside down, continuous spray, and NO spraying "Noise" that my big guy is so fearful of!!!"

"Still the best thrush medicine I have used, application is SO easy. Sometimes I get a little green tinge on my wrist (of the hand holding the hoof up), but the product never spills or leaks like bottles. Now taking care of thrush isn't an extra chore... it's easy to just spray after picking out your horse’s feet! Using Thrush-XX Aerosol every day, my horses will never suffer through thrush again, and I will NEVER buy another bottle of ‘the other stuff’. The aerosol also keeps spraying when you hold the nozzle down, so no need to squirt, squirt and squirt. Spray as much as you need!"

"I have an older horse that is barefoot and from time to time needs a good product to help fight off thrush. I choose Thrush-XX Aerosol in hopes application would be a little less messy. The aerosol spray made it very easy to apply and produced very little ‘wasted’ product. As long as I aimed correctly at the hoof my hands stayed fairly clean. I would have rated the product a little higher, but the finger on the sprayer was still covered in green liquid. On the bright side my horse’s thrush is almost gone!"
