"One of my dogs is a notoriously picky eater and it is difficult to keep weight on him. He's a food snob. When I add Wellness 95% Meat as a mix-in or to flavor his dry food, he actually eats with enthusiasm, which is a great relief. I like the variety too, because this dog gets bored easily! The quality of the protein is excellent, and one can lasts a long time because you only need a couple of spoonfuls per meal."

"Our dachshund had become picky eating her Wellness small breed dry food and I purchased the 95% meat canned food to add. The ingredient list is bare minimum and can't be beat. What a difference.. I bought the salmon,turkey, and chicken to alternate each week. She only gets a teaspoon added to her dry food twice a day and she gobbles it up. A can last over a week in the fridge because I only have to use very little. She has loved all three flavors. They smell really good, the turkey and chicken smell just like canned chicken breast you would purchase at the grocery store! We have found a winner!"

"I love all the Wellness foods. I use the Wellness canned foods as a stuffer inside Kongs - one 12 oz can fills about 3 large Kongs. I'll usually also stick in a sweet potato wedge or bully stick or something, then I freeze the Kong. This frozen treat lasts my strong-jawed lab mix about 45 minutes (she usually eats a $3 bully stick in 4 bites over 10 seconds, so this frozen Kong is obviously MUCH more economical and long-lasting). She loves it and keeps working at it until the Kong is clean.
The salmon is kinda stinky (not unexpected, huh?), and if I remember right, it's also a bit runny for Kong stuffing but still works okay."

"Like the previous reviewer, I also add about 1/4 can per meal to my dog's meals. Nala LOVES the addition of the extra flavor. Who likes to eat the same thing every day and night!? I know I certainly don't, so I shouldn't expect my dog to! So far we have tried salmon and chicken and rotate flavors every other can. I had considered switching her to a raw diet, which is why I started this product, but I think for now I will just keep it as a topper to her Wellness Core dog food. May try some rotating in some of the other flavors as well."
