"I was so psyched to get this dog bed for my Great Dane puppy. It was the perfect size, and had a nice rest for her chin (she loves resting her chin). She enjoyed it for a couple weeks when the zipper blew out.. completely blew out and wouldn't zip again. Of course when she saw that the bed was a really nice package that had been opened she completely defluffed it. Smartpak was great, they offered to replace it free of charge. Only problem was they wouldn't ship it back for free.. $67 dollars to ship it from the post office, because it's so big. It's not even worth sending back. $100 + should have been a dog bed that could hold up more than two weeks. So it sits on my porch in a big box.. someday I'll just sew it together, until then my bank account is smaller and my dog still doesn't have a bed."

"JUMPED INTO IT ON DAY ONE,....AND NEVER MISSED HIS OLD BED. (WHICH WAS ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD). HE LOVES TO CURL UP, STRETCH OUT AND LAY ON HIS BACK AT TIMES...SO IT IS GREAT!!!"

"This is the BEST dog bed ever! my 50lb yellow lab LOVES it! She sinks into it and it surrounds her like a big, cozy nest...The berber type fabric is really nice, and the stuffing is just right. My kids wish they had one too!"

"This has to be the best dog bed ever! My two can't stop pushing each other out of the way to claim the X-L size, even though one is tiny enough for the medium... it is so soft, cushy and comfortable that my husband and I think it would be better than our own bed. Best yet, it is machine washable, has stood up to all the abuse our two rescue dogs have dished out and still looks and feels great. A terrific purchase! The only way it could get any better was if it was less expensive... we now have to buy another one to keep them from arguing over the first. :) Highly recommended by a life-long multi dog owner."

"I had gotten a bed from Costco for my dog and she wouldn't lay on it at all. I had to return it. I saw this bed in the catalog and saw that it was for a chin rester which she is. I received this bed and put it down. As soon as my dog saw it she jumped in it. This is where she sleeps during the day and also all night. She loves it. Not to stuffed and has a rest area for her head. It was a bit high in price but she uses it all the time."

"I was very disappointed when the bed arrived.
It was the first time I had spent so much for a dog bed! I would have thought for the price that it would have had more fill,my dog "bottomed out" when he laid in it. Also it did not hold its shape very well.I did like the berber fabric and the colors.
