This tail strap is much better than the strap that came with the Rambo blanket. They should put this one on instead.

Great item to have when original tail strap breaks, which happens more often than not. Most Rambos will flip over the back of the horse without the tail cord, and this is nicer than good 'ole twine.

Not much to review here. The Rambo blanket I inherited with my horse was missing the tail strap so I got this as a replacement. I was surprised at how long it was - I had to maximally shorten it so that it didn't hang down to his hocks. He's a little on the smallish size but I imagine you'd have to get creative with the ponies....

I love the Rambo line of blankets, I just don't love the price. One of the things I like about Rambo is that they don't use leg straps. So I just take the leg straps off all my non-Rambo blankets and put tail straps on. I attach them to the leg strap rings at the back of the blanket. Works every time!
