"Although it is on the expensive side, this bit gives a great feel. I have a saddlebred with a very narrow nose and the 21mm is not too thick. It is fairly mild but at the same time makes my horse feel very light and I am able to get all my "gears" in half the time as other bits I have used. Plus this makes my horse salivate a lot in a good way."

"I have a very sensitive 4 yr old warmblood. He goes around behind the bit with me just taking up the reins (no contact even). I was using the 18mm KK and found that much softer than a french link but he still just wouldn't settle into the bridle, lots of constant head bobbing. I gave it almost a year thinking he was just young but tried a thicker bit out of desperation. He was instantly better and after over a week I can say that the head bobbing has almost stopped completely. I didn't think a bit that thick on my fine boned horse would be comfortable but he is much steadier mentally and in the hand."
