"I was skeptical at first. I wanted to try it on my 27 year old arab mare. She is the best beginner lesson pony on the planet but she has heaves. I was feeding her everything soaked and what a pain in the middle of a Maine winter. She was unhappy too. I had to keep her separate. All she wanted was some real hay and a buddy. SOOOO I decided to try SmartBreathe. After 1 month she wasn't coughing at the beginning of the lesson, after the second month I started feeding her real hay. She has been on it 3 months now. Every once in a while she will cough but it is seldom. Tootsie is SO happy to be out with the other horses and eating hay again. She even gets to come in the barn on really bad weather nights. Long story short- I'm impressed!!!!"

"I had my horse on this for about a month because he was having nasal discharge and seemed to be breathing hard. It seemed to clear up and get better while using SmartBreathe. Then I stopped and his breathing again seemed a bit labored but the discharge had stopped. After two weeks of being on it again he seems to be breathing much better during normal work so I'll keep him on this. FYI, he's also on Cosequin ASU so he's getting 10,000 mg of MSM rather than just 5,000 with the SmartBreathe."

"I bought this to try on my 2 horses that developed heaves, I tried it for 30 days and there was no improvement at all so i decided not to buy more as its expensive for 2 horses. I mixed it in with there lb of soaked alfalfa pellets and they ate it right up. Its good to try as it does work for some horses, just not mine"

"My Billy started his allergies to pasture grass after he had pigeon fever. His jaw and neck would swell and he would start wheezing terribly. I had the vet check him 2 times and they suggested I bring him in during the year when the pastures are full of wet grass. Or I could run blood panels and put him on medication. I have tried everything - including MSM. He would be out in the pasture for 5 hours and blew up. I read the reviews to Smart breath and not one review had the same issue as mine, but I though what the heck try it! It took about 2 weeks before it really worked! He stayed out for 4 days, no swelling at all! I would recommend this to horse with all types of allergies!!

"Mark always had mild allergies but they were never much of a problem. Then we had a very mild winter last year and his allergies were suddenly much worse this spring. I was also putting him back to work after some time off, and he was coughing repeatedly after each session. Within a week of putting him on the SmartBreathe, he stopped coughing altogether. He is even doing great after being worked. I have recommended it to a few other people having the same probem. I am very pleased with the product and the reasonable price."

"My horse has allergies, and I decided to try this product first to see if I could get him some relief. It did help him some, but I tried some other products to see if any were more effective. Out of SmartBreathe, Tri-Hist, Freeway, and Shake-No-More Gold, the latter was the best and SmartBreathe was towards the lower middle. It is worth a try due to the low price. Get the pelleted kind-- the powder blew away when my horse exhaled as he came over to eat."

"My gelding used to cough non-stop until I started to use Smart Breathe. He's been on it for some time now and I wouldn't change a thing! Within a few days of starting this product he was literally heave-free! He does prefer the pellets over the powder, but either way it's an awesome product!"

"Had my horse on this for about a year while I battled respiratory problems. It didn't make a difference but really nothing except steroids does. The product itself is great - he ate it fine, great quality, and the price is right. He's just got something weird going on that normal supplements don't help. But if you've got some type of cough/breathing issue going on with your horse this supplement won't hurt to try! I've recommended it to other people because most people don't have horses as complicated as mine."

"Am using this on my 4 year old standardbred. He seemed to struggle with his breathing all during the racing season last year. He always scoped clean, but always had a white nasel discharge. Since being on this product, his breathing has become less labored and his discharge had cleared up. Hoping for a great racing season this year!!"

"I do believe in this product, just not for the condition my mustang was in. Her breathing was very rapid and any exertion of exercise forced her to cough out of both ends. I thought I would have to put her down, but a vet from the cities recommended injection of steroid dexamethasone as well as a cough syrup and expetorant powder. Now she is well on her way to recovery."

"I recently started my COPD diagnosed horse on Smart Breathe and things are looking a bit brighter these days. He has only been on the supplement for about 6 weeks, but I have already begun to see some changes. On a scale of 1 to 10 (one being symptom free and 10 being in a full on attack) he has gone from a 6 to a 2. I look forward to seeing more improvement as time goes on but I am finding that he needs FAR less steroid assistance to have a good day since starting Smart Breathe. Too soon to rave about it but I think his future is looking a bit brighter since introducing Smart Breathe into his life."

"My mare is older and was starting to develop COPD. After even just 10 minutes of longeing, she couldn't catch her breath, and after riding for an hour, it would take almost 30 minutes to cool her down and get her breathing back under control. Now, after being on SmartBreathe for about 5 months, she no longer huffs and puffs during our rides, and recovers almost instantly. This product is definitely worth it, just to see her breathe normally and feel good."

"My 14 yr old Mustang mix had such bad allergies that he would wheeze and cough going up and down even the smallest hills. It got to be so bad that I couldn't even enjoy riding anymore. I was always on edge waiting for his next coughing fit. I tried everythig from wetting down his hay, feeding beat pulp, keeping him in the barn for as short as possible, Cough Free, and finally Prednisolone. Nothing seemed to help, and I was about to give up when I read an article talking about things that help support respiratory health. The article recommened SmartBreath, it was my last hope. Amazingly after 2 days I was able to take JD off of Prednisolone, and he was able to breath! I'm happy to say a month later we now go on daily trail rides, and after the first 15 minutes he is as quiet as can be! THANK YOU SmartPaks for giving me my best friend back! "When I first heard about smart paks I just thought another bunch of bull... about a product that they want you to order every month that more than likely does nothing.Boy was I wrong.... My horse started coughing again after almost 1 year of being cough free [ 1500.00 ] vet bills and 2 vets later...
