I give this supplement to my 13 year old plasure preformance horse as a way to maintain his joints. He's a finicky horse when it comes to supplements so its great that its pelleted. The mg's are decent for the price you pay. I work at a petshop that sells other glucosamine supplements and my horse prefers this over any of them. Love it!

It took about a month for the product to really take effect on my jumper pony but once it did he has become an unstoppable jumping machine! He has a sticky stifle that is treated with structural integration sessions and what was a generic joint supplement. I knew he needed a better joint product but am a grad student funding my horse life so it had to be at a good price. With such luck with other SmartPak products (SmartBug Off, not sure how I lived without you before), I thought heck, lets give their joint supplement a try! Its excellent. My pony is not picky so the palatability score is high. Could vary for others. Always pleased with SmartPak!

I had to withdraw Cox-2 and heavy-duty flex supplements from my older TB due to stomach issues. He is doing fine on the SmartFlex I with some additional MSM at a later feeding.

I have an older horse who tends to get stiff with weather changes. We still compete at 2'6 hunter shows and can't have stiffness or soreness slowing us down. I have had Moon on this product for a little over a month and it has already improved her movement. On a day that would normally keep me from riding because of the weather, I can now hop on and school a course at 2'6-2'9 with no problems and NO STIFFNESS! This product has really turned my older horse back into a younger horse. She has a spring in her step and is back to loving her job. Thank you SmartPak. You have another happy customer.

I bought this product to help my mare maintain healthy joints and to also help with her being stocked up in her hind legs when being stalled overnight. I saw results within the first month and she is not stocked up anymore. Great product for the price!

This supplement has helped my OTTB be less arthritic and overall helped me bring his stiffness back to baseline after a period of more significant "off-ness". He eats the pellets enthusiastically. However, now that he is sound his level of training is increasing and I will be looking for a more potent joint supplement to continue him on. This worked great when I was riding a few times a week, light hacks. Now that we are jumping and training for show season, he needs a bit more support.

I got this for a 17 year old draft cross with hock issues we were about to do direct steroid injections along the joint, and we got this product before his appointment to go in well we ended up not getting the treatment and he has returned to full work as a western pleasure, and dressage mount, this works fast and great,

I purchased this for a new horse who passed an extensive pre-purchase with flying colors. I wanted to put him on something for preventive maintanance, ostly becuase he came from an inactive lifestyle to an active one. He eats it with no problem.

This product is great! I started feeding it to one of my miniature horses about six months ago and I couldn't be any happier and neither could she! When she first arrived to my home she was lethargic, sore, and extremely moody. I ordered this product right away and things started changing immediately. Now, I can't get her to settle down! Recently switched from a more expensive joint supplement and found SmartFlex I Maintenance works just as well with half the cost. My picky mare also has no problem eating it. She normally would turn away from her food with the other supplement. Also like that it comes in a pellet form versus a powder.

I put my three year old on this product when I started him under saddle. He was slipping his stifle until I started this supplement. He only gets ridden 3 times a week due to his age so I do not think it is because of conditioning.

Although my mare is still quiet young (16 years) I wanted to put her on a supplement to prevent joint damage. She is a show jumper and does dressage and she jumps over 3ft. This supplement helps keep her feeling good :) I reccomend it

I wanted a maintenance supplement for a new horse that had no soundness issues. I purchased this because it had a lot of ingredients without paying a lot of money. Horse eats it up. Does it work? I cant say, its just for maintenance.
